Reading: Fill in the blanks is the penultimate section of the PTE Reading module. PTE candidates will have 4 to 5 reading passages (pages) each containing 4 to 5 questions. Watch a video on the subject.

So overall, a PTE candidate could have between 16 to 25 blanks (questions) to answer. You do NOT get any negative marking for wrong answers here, so try to leave no blanks unanswered.
