The answer to this question is YES. Because of the following reasons:
1. The PTE Academic fee is $375.00 AUD as of today 12/07/2020. No one wants to sit such an expensive test twice. So the more PTE candidates familiarize themselves with the test, the less they need to spend on getting their desired score.
2. A good standardized PTE mock test, like our own one at thePTE.com, mirrors a real PTE test. So candidates can get to know the order of different items of four different skills of Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening. Also, all the questions are parallel to the real PTE test questions.
3. If you do a mock test, do it just for the sake of practice and not for the result. Because even the mock tests provided by the Pearson themselves, are not really precise and therefore, should not be taken seriously. Just getting to know the order of the test and types of the questions involved should be enough.
