  • Refunds are only granted if a verified technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the Service for a continuous period of more than 24 hours.
  • No refunds are provided for user-side issues such as internet connectivity, device compatibility, or incorrect usage.

    • the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months; or
    • AUD $100.

12. Termination

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
