You can sit the PTE test as many times as you like so long as the following conditions are met:

You are not waiting for your PTE test result

If you have sat the PTE test and you’re still waiting to get your PTE test score, the Pearson registration system does not allow you to book another test on the website until a result is issued for your last PTE test.  

You have already booked a PTE test   

If you have already booked a date for your PTE test, the Pearson registration system does not allow you to book another one. This is to make sure that the PTE test seats are filled by test takers at all times.
