Yes and No.
If you reschedule or cancel your PTE test 14 calendar days or more before your test date, it would be free of charge. So only in this case rescheduling is free.
But if you reschedule or cancel your PTE test 13-8 calendar days remaining to your PTE exam, you will need to pay 50% of a full PTE test fee for rescheduling and you will be refunded 50% of your original paid fee.
If you reschedule or cancel your PTE test 7 days or fewer before your test date, you will need to pay a full PTE test fee for rescheduling and NO refund will be provided.
However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, some students reported that they paid no money for rescheduling as the snap lockdowns took over many cities in Australia.
