Generally, PTE candidates get 3 questions in both sections of the PTE writing module.
In Summarize Written Text, PTE candidates usually get 2-3 questions and in Essay Writing 1-2 essay topics. But as we have seen here at thePTE.com with our students’ experience there are all sorts of anomalies. For instance, one of our students got one SWT and one essay for his writing. Another student who recently sat the test got 1 SWT and 2 essay topics for her PTE writing module. So brace up!
