PTE candidates need to write between 50 to 70 words for their Summarize Spoken Text.
PTE candidates will get 2-3 Summarize Spoken Texts in their PTE test. Candidates will first listen to an audio or watch a video that can be as long as 1-2 minutes. Then they are expected to type their answers in the space provided.
Including the audio or video playtime, PTE candidates will have 10 minutes to write their paragraphs which cannot be less than 50 or more than 70 words. Most of the grammar score comes from this section.
