No, you cannot. PTE candidates can book only one appointment at a time. If they want to book another appointment, they will need to reschedule the first one moving it to a later date or they will need to cancel the first appointment and then they will be able to book another available PTE test date.

Also, PTE candidates cannot book another test date while they are awaiting their recent PTE test report.
